1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bunyani, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Subscription Plans
Bunyani offers Standard, Professional, Business, and Enterprise plans. Each plan includes a 14-day free trial (except Enterprise). Pricing is listed on our Pricing page.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use Bunyani only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Bunyani in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bunyani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
